OUR produced a narrative film for the project, designed specifically to communicate the development’s vision, scale and long term value to investors and stakeholders. The film positioned Melomed Richards Bay not only as a healthcare facility, but as a commercially sound and socially impactful infrastructure investment. By clearly articulating the partnership structure, operational strength, and market demand, the VSL strengthened investor confidence, supported capital conversations, and elevated the perceived value of the development.
